We are a home care provider with our head office in Hockley, Birmingham, and a branch in Chippenham, Wiltshire. Our care workers and support workers help adults of all ages to live safely and independently at home — including older people and people living with dementia, learning disabilities, mental health conditions or physical disabilities.

Every package of care starts with a free assessment in your home. We listen to what matters to you, agree a written care plan with you and your family, and review it regularly as your needs change.
We encourage the people we support to do as much for themselves as they can, to make their own decisions, and — where it is right for them — to move towards more independent living.
We work alongside GPs, community nurses, hospital discharge teams and local authorities, so care at home joins up with the rest of your health and social care.

Training and qualifications
Induction, the Care Certificate and ongoing training — and support to gain NVQ qualifications. Six team members completed the NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Adult Care in 2024.
